1. Discussion and approval of Spectrum emailing DRAFT minutes by Wednesday and publication no later than Friday following the meeting (Kim and Board)
2. Streetlight report (Gordon: Even though LEDs might not happen, I did find out some interesting facts worthy of sharing to show the community we aren’t just raising dues but also looking for savings)
3. Landscape Contractor Bid Update (Cynthia and Board)
4. Pool Contractor Bid Update (Gordon and Board)
5. Sidewalk Repair Update (Gordon and Board)
6. Little Free Library Status Report ( Sherry and Board)
7. Tree Trimming Status (Sherry and Board)
8. Tree Guidelines Update (Kimberly and Board)
9. Insurance Renewal Update (Brian and Board)
10. Simplified Financial Report  (Kimberly and Board)
11. Website and Electronic Sign Update  (Ty and Board)
12. Consideration of adding Safety Committee (Ty and Board:  might include sidewalks, trees, lake, traffic, bridge, basketball court, alarms, cameras, etc..  Might include casual observers such as bikers and walkers).
13. Budget Update (Cynthia and Board: Would include handout Gordon will provide to Kimberly when/if approved by the Board).
